Position Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and purchases.
- Provide knowledgeable assistance regarding 4WD products, accessories, and services.
- Handle customer bookings and enquiries.
Sales Support:
- Assist customers in selecting the appropriate 4WD products and accessories based on their needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Inform customers about current promotions, discounts, and special offers.
Communication:
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer emails promptly and professionally.
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the service team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and service appointments.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the store.
- Support the sales and service teams with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive or retail industry.
- Experience with 4WD vehicles, parts, and accessories is highly desirable.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
