Position Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and purchases.
  • Provide knowledgeable assistance regarding 4WD products, accessories, and services.
  • Handle customer bookings and enquiries.

Sales Support:

  • Assist customers in selecting the appropriate 4WD products and accessories based on their needs.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Inform customers about current promotions, discounts, and special offers.

Communication:

  • Answer phone calls and respond to customer emails promptly and professionally.
  • Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the service team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and service appointments.
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the store.
  • Support the sales and service teams with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive or retail industry.
  • Experience with 4WD vehicles, parts, and accessories is highly desirable.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
